What is collected. Through the forms on this site (commission application and coaching quote request) you send your name, email address and message. The commission form also asks for your country, your Instagram handle (optional) and your wishes for the horse's appearance. Nothing else about you is collected.

What it is used for. The information is used only to answer your message and to agree on and carry out a commission or coaching. The legal basis is preparing a contract and the legitimate interest in replying to you. It is not used for marketing and not shared with anyone else.

How it is processed. The form content is sent as an email to the controller and is not stored on the site. The email is delivered by Resend (Resend Inc., USA) and received in Google Gmail. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, and the forms are protected from spam by Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes technical browser data (such as your IP address) during the check. The US services are certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Retention. Messages are kept in email for as long as the matter requires; for commissions until the horse is finished and any complaint period has passed. They are then deleted.

Cookies. The site uses no cookies and no tracking.

Your rights. You can ask to see the information held about you, have it corrected or deleted by emailing [email protected]. If you believe your data has been handled wrongly, you can complain to the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
