Terms and conditions
These terms apply to every commissioned horse. Please read them before sending an application. Terms applying to sale horses are marked with an asterix (*)
- Sign-up is open for the announced dates only. Sending the form does not guarantee a horse; about ten are chosen per round, by inspiration and diversity of designs. Earlier unsuccessful applicants are prioritised.
- Chosen applicants are contacted on a previously announced date. Estimated making time is individual. Travel and events can delay the schedule; you will be informed. After the horse plan is accepted, it is no longer possible to make changes.
- EU shipping is included; other countries are quoted separately. The horse can be sent with or without the stick. Shipping is insured up to 400€ by the postal provider. Hymy horses is no longer responsible of the shipment after it has been handed over to the shipping company. No returns or refunds are possible after this point.
- * Every horse including every detail is handmade ; small variations are part of the character, and no two horses are identical. You will receive final photos of the horse before accepting and paying for the hobbyhorse. Accepted payment methods are PayPal and direct bank transfer. Payment term 7 days.
- * Hymy hobbyhorse is not a toy. Recommended age of use 14+ Take care of your hobbyhorse by straightening the ears and fur by hand or with a soft brush after use. The colourings are water proof but might fade over time due to UV light exposure.
- * It is not permitted to use the original photos of any Hymy- horses for commercial use, including reselling them.
